Building stronger men, families and communities across Guyana. Crisis Support Safeguarding Contact

Flagship programme

MEN Rise™

Helping at-risk boys and young men rebuild direction, capability, and opportunity.

MEN Rise™ is an intensive support and diversion programme for boys and young men facing elevated social, behavioural, educational, or economic risks.

The programme combines mentorship, psychosocial support, life skills, technical training, employability, and structured case management.

The challenge

Young people facing multiple risk factors cannot be effectively supported through a single intervention.

Behavioural change is more sustainable when counselling and mentorship are connected to family support, skills development, employment pathways, and long-term guidance.
