Richard Collymore
Founder and Chair, Board of Trustees
Richard Collymore is a Guyanese business executive, governance strategist, certified project manager, executive coach, and Founder of Orange Light – BSO Inc., with over two decades of leadership across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As Founder and Chair of MEN Trust, he provides the strategic vision and governance leadership that drives the organisation’s mission to empower men, strengthen families, and build resilient communities.

Dr. Quacy Grant
Co-Chair, Board of Trustees
Dr. Quacy Grant is a Guyanese physician, public health specialist, and healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical medicine, public health leadership, and youth development. As Co-Chair of MEN Trust, he provides strategic leadership that strengthens the organisation’s governance, health initiatives, and evidence-based programmes that improve the wellbeing of men, boys, and families.
Lisa Mae Agard
Secretary, Board of Trustees
Lisa Mae Agard is a Guyanese development professional, project coordinator, and Distinguished Toastmaster with extensive experience in international development, leadership communication, and organisational capacity building. As Secretary of MEN Trust, she strengthens board governance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications while supporting the organisation’s mission and institutional effectiveness.
Dale Browne
Treasurer, Board of Trustees
Dale Browne is a Guyanese public finance executive who served as Deputy Finance Secretary within the Ministry of Finance, bringing extensive expertise in financial management, governance, and institutional reform. As Treasurer of MEN Trust, he provides fiduciary oversight and financial leadership to support the organisation’s accountability, sustainability, and long-term growth.
Deeann Ali
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer
Deeann Ali is a Guyanese information technology executive, university lecturer, and management consultant with extensive experience spanning academia, government, and corporate consulting. As Assistant Secretary/Treasurer of MEN Trust, she contributes expertise in governance, digital innovation, and organisational management to strengthen the Trust’s operational excellence and long-term capacity.
Victor “Chris” Gopaul
Trustee and Director of Talent Management
Victor “Chris” Gopaul is an acclaimed Guyanese entertainer, actor, comedian, and master of ceremonies who has built a distinguished career in media, live entertainment, and public engagement. As Director of Talent Management and Trustee of MEN Trust, he supports leadership development, youth engagement, and talent cultivation through creative outreach and community empowerment.
Duane Holder
Trustee and Director of Public Relations
Duane Holder is a Guyanese media professional and multimedia producer with expertise in educational broadcasting, digital communications, and public engagement through his work with the Guyana Learning Channel. As Director of Public Relations and Trustee of MEN Trust, he leads the organisation’s communications strategy, media relations, and public awareness initiatives that enhance its visibility and community impact.
