Our journey
MEN Trust grew from the recognition that men and boys needed constructive spaces to discuss challenges, access support, build skills, and participate more positively in family and community life.
How MEN Trust has developed
Phase 1
Foundation
MEN Trust began by creating spaces for honest dialogue, personal development, and practical support among men from different social and professional backgrounds.
Phase 2
Community engagement
The organisation expanded its activities through men’s sessions, community outreach, seminars, public education, and national observances.
Phase 3
Youth development
MEN Trust increased its focus on boys and young men through mentorship, skills development, behavioural support, and youth-diversion interventions.
Phase 4
Institutional partnerships
The organisation strengthened its partnerships with government agencies, development partners, private-sector organisations, and civil-society institutions.
Phase 5
Strategic repositioning
MEN Trust adopted a long-term institutional strategy to move from activity-based programming toward structured, measurable, and investable social-development programmes.
Phase 6
Current phase
MEN Trust is building a stronger institutional platform focused on programme quality, governance, evidence, sustainability, and national-scale partnerships.
