Connect an eligible person or family with a relevant MEN Trust programme or support service. Referrals may come from schools, agencies, community organisations, families, or individuals.
Making a referral
To make a referral, contact our team with the participant’s general details and the type of support required. All referrals are handled confidentially and in line with our safeguarding standards.
